PLC Programmer

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing PLC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate PLCs with other control systems.
• Develop and update documentation, including schematics, user manuals, and system diagrams.
• Perform system testing and commissioning at client sites.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in programming and troubleshooting Siemens or DELTA PLC systems.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, and HMI/SCADA integration.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, or Ethernet/IP.
• Experience in commissioning and supporting large-scale automation projects.
