Employer Description

We are a stable, medium-size Recruitment Agency with a track record of some 38 years, all of which whilst based in Randburg. We are a BEE Level 2 (Pty) Ltd company.

Job Description

This opening will suit someone on either a full time or half day basis.

Reporting to the MD, You will be fully responsible for the accounts up to Trial Balance and this will include:

• Invoicing & Collections (+/- 30-40 Debtors pm)
• Disbursements (Suppliers, Payroll for +/- 35 staff)
• Bookkeeping to TB
• All statutory returns

Qualifications

• Ideally a Bookkeeping Diploma minimally with a proven track record of having mastered all the functions itemized in the job description.

Skills

You will need to be very familiar with:

• Pastel
• VIP Payroll
• Excel
• Statutory Returns
• 10+ years exp
