A position for a Production / Farm Manager has become vacant in Ceres. The job incumbent will assist the owners in the management of two agricultural units consisting of stone and pome fruit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Production planning and execution
• Irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and pesticides management
• All relevant record keeping and administration pertaining to production

• The effective management of the total human resources component

• At least 3 years’ experience in a production position
• A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work proactively and autonomous
