SUMMARY:

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR / PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Bellville

Our client in the maintenance and engineering industry, based in Stikland, Bellville is looking for a skilled Project Admin Supporter / Personal Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the project team in driving delivery dates, outputs, progress reports, documentation and presentations
Support Project Managers with regards to daily requirements as needed
Schedule and arrange project and ad hoc meetings and taking of minutes
Assistance at team meetings, on site and Project Manager level meetings as required
Assistance with the Quality Management System
Filing of QC & project documents
Prior Procurement experience advantageous
General Administrative duties
General office administration and management

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric / Grade 12 certificate
Driver’s License
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Experience in taking of minutes
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Experience in administrative or project support roles is preferred
