Skills
- 2 years in a Call Centre Sales Agent environment
- Outbound Sales Experience in a Call Centre Sales Agent environment
- Extensive experience in the long-term insurance industry, specializing in services and products
- Familiarity with credit life products is a distinct advantage
- Proven track record of Supervisor roles in a call centre environment
