This is a property development company that undertakes multiple residential projects

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Designer, you will be required to:

  • Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
  • Implement company drawing standards
  • Liaise with field technicians to prepare as-build drawings as per phased hand-over
  • Track millstones and revisions on drawing register Draughtsman requirements
Qualifications
  • Certificate in CAD/ Autocad software
Skills
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in wet services
  • Civil design for AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of Revit advantageous
  • Knowledge of Google earth and Excel
