Our Client is looking for a Packaging Sales Representative to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Location: Industria Johannesburg

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Packaging Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting high-quality packaging solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the packaging industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Present and promote packaging products to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop sales strategies.
Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns.
Meet and exceed sales targets and company objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in sales, marketing, or business is a plus).
Prior experience in packaging sales or a related field is preferred.
