POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Supervise the cleanliness of the staff (No jewellery, nail polish, watches etc)
Supervise the staff productivity on the line
Ensure attendance registers are up to date
Book out necessary equipment for his/her team for the day
Allocate the staff with the necessary equipment to start their shift
Issue and record equipment given to the staff during their shift
To keep administrative paperwork up to date
To report discrepancies to your manager
To report and assist in directing the flow of carrots in conjunction with the operator and your manager, to ensure the continuance of productivity
Direct and supervise the cleaning of work stations and shut down for her team
Ensure all of the staff have signed out on the attendance register daily
Record the correct bag allocation for each member of her team daily
Return packing that was not used and record packing that was defective
Hand in all administrative documentation at the end of the shift
Upholding the discipline on the line

Requirements:

2-3 years experience in a similar role
experience working in a manufacturing environment
experience monitoring the processing of packaging and the materials for packaging
