KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Carrying out inspections on vehicle bodies and frames to assess the extent of damage
• Disassembling damaged vehicle parts
• Repairing scratches, dents and other damage to bodywork and replacing any parts that cannot be repaired
• Straightening and aligning frames and panels
• Reassembling vehicle body parts and accessories
• Replacing or repairing Windows, interiors, and exterior trim
• Filling and sanding bodywork
• Spraying of Vehicle
• Assist with additional tasks as and when required
• Adhere to the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct’
• Ensure tasks are completed within the required deadlines
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric Certified will be advantageous
• Red Seal Trade certificate
• Knowledge of automotive industry safety specifications and regulations
• Ability to operate mechanical and hydraulic metal working equipment
• At least 2 years experience working in panel repairs
• Code 8 drivers license
• Own basic tools required
