Your role will focus on assisting customers in finding the correct panel parts to meet their needs, ensuring their vehicles are restored to optimal condition. You will be responsible for driving sales by building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and consistently achieving and maintaining high sales performance.

Remuneration
15-18k dependant on experience, plus performance-based Incentive – Benefits including Provident Fund and Company vehicle and fuel.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

• Accurately sell parts to address defects and meet customer needs on the first attempt.
• Ensure initial quotations are precise.
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts
• Build and maintain a professional and respected business relationship with all Panel and similar customers.
• Maintain regular communication with all customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business.
• Have a strong understanding of the parts sales process at a Dealership level.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team, workshop staff, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Engage in frequent travel to meet customers across the Gauteng area, requiring a high level of driving.

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• Valid Code 8 (EB) driver’s license.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Dealership systems such as IAL, Evolve, CMS, or similar.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of motor vehicle parts sales experience at a Dealership level, with specific expertise in Panel parts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer relationship skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Medically fit with no criminal record.
• Must reside on the East Rand or within close proximity to the dealership in Edenvale
• Resourceful and self-motivated with a passion for the automotive industry.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional results. 
• A minimum of 3 years’ part sales experience is essential
• Strong Parts retail experience
• Clear Criminal Record
• A Valid Driver’s License
• PC Literate – Drive, Autoline, Excel and Word
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Confident and proactive
• Ability to operate under pressure and in a team environment
• Stable work history
