Excellent career opportunity with a leading financial services investment holding company. The successful candidate will be responsible for paraplanning and execution after meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management
• Investment analysis and proposal
• Gather Policy information
• Research product information
• Handle new application and quotations
• Calculate tax/legal implications of investments
• Cash flow and performance calculations
• Pre-Retirement planning calculations
• Report new business statistics
• Prepare investment review appointments
• Keep track of assets under management
• Maintain CRM system
• Rebalance and maintain existing portfolios
• Prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly statements

Minimum requirements:

• Completed Bachelor of Commerce in Finance - such as BCom (Finance / Business Finance / Investments / Financial Planning Law / Financial Sciences / Investment Management) or BCom (Economics)
• 3 year’s relevant work experience within the financial industry with policy, systems and financial product knowledge
