SUMMARY:
Well established independent financial brokerage based in Umhlanga requires an experienced Admin Assistant to assist a Senior Financial Broker.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be required to assist a Senior Financial Broker
Attend to quotes from various insurance providers
Arrange client medicals
Attend to policy amendments and withdrawals
Attend to claims
Assist with client queries, telephonically and via email
Deal with various Insurance Consultants
Oversee and ensure signed deals are paid over from Insurers
Database and compliance management
Manage filing systems
Manage process for record keeping ie. new business, lapses, policy updates, claims, commissions
Own car and valid driver’s license
