Parts Assistant - Malmesbury

SUMMARY:
Parts Assistant needed for depot in Malmesbury. 

Experience needed: 
1 year: Exposure to parts / warehouse related duties.
1 year: Exposure to parts / warehouse administrative related duties.
1 year: Exposure to working with clients and basic customer service.
1 year: Knowledge on basic stock control procedures.

Responsibilities are as follows: 

• Efficient execution of all general parts store housekeeping duties
• Ensure the application of efficient and accurate stock control maintenance procedures to keep track of any parts movement
• Effective receiving of orders
• Ensure the effective and efficient picking, packing and shipment of goods
• Effective customer service delivery by assisting with complaints and queries and corrective actions
• Issuing of parts to workshop
• Assisting Parts Supervisor in areas needed.
