JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose: Liaise with sites and ensure parts are delivered according to open orders goods received into jobs.

Minimum Qualifications: 
Matric Certificate: Required
National Certificate: Inventory and Stores Management: Preferred

Minimum Experience:
Inventory and parts experience: Minimum 2 years

Roles and Responsibilities include inter alia: 
  • Liaise orders with parts department for releasing, communicate with main store personnel and cost clerks.
  • Monitor and assist with backorder report, expedite and liaise with HCAF / Communicate order fill rate to allocated sites
  • Monitor and liaise parts and component deliveries (Monitor Logistics of parts to your sites)
  • Monitor and undertake updating of goods receipt.
  • Facilitate site stock take with Parts Manager.
  • Facilitate parts ordering during afterhours (Standby) and organize delivery with Logistics office
  • Monitor all stock by part numbers & by bin location sequence reports
  • Prepare perpetual stock audits timeously with site Storeman and update into D365
  • Monitor unused parts / credit returns and components on allocated sites, Maintain and reduce inventory to target levels.
  • Administer all paperwork and delivery notes from Head office/ sites on schedule collection and receiving of Reman cores for allocated sites
  • Administer preparations (Liaise with service team on site / Arrange collections of core with HCAF timeously
  • Review drafted recommended parts list for stock kept on site with site foreman /site manager and Parts & Logistic Manager
  • Plan and execute transfer back on slow moving items / Dead stock
  • Effectively manage performance reports set out.
