Responsibilities:

• Prepare, produce, and present high-quality pastry and dessert items.
• Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef on menu planning and new creations.
• Ensure consistent quality in every dish, adhering to presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Train and mentor junior pastry staff.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Chef de Partie specializing in pastries.
• Creative flair and an eye for detail in presentation.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
