Our client is looking for a Head Chef with a pastry background to join their team.
- Management of Kitchen and Restaurant Operations
- Knowledge of Mediterranean, Greek and Pastry
- Relevant qualification (advantage)
- Must have min 3 year experience
- Salary from R17 000 p/month
This position requires a technically focused, task orientated person who can work at high pace in a deliberate predictable manner with great attention to detail, who is highly creative with a passion for food; to assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
