POSITION INFO:

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Payroll administrator to join our Company.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the payroll processes for a range of Companies. You will play a crucial role in making sure that payroll is timely and accurately processed.

Main Responsibilities (But not limited to)

Processing & administering of all Company Stores payroll allocated to you accurately and on time
Maintain employee payroll records
New and termination processing
Calculate and manage any payroll deduction, Taxes and benefits
Maintain all payroll information
Distributing of payroll reports, payslips and summaries
Perform other payroll and administrative tasks as required
Maintain Emails and phone calls
Resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly
Submit Monthly EMP201’s and UIF Declarations

Skills

Strong working knowledge of Payroll
Strong organizing and administrative skills
Attention to detail.
Proficient Numerical and Data Entry Skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications and Experience

Matric
3 + Years Payroll Administration experience
2-3 years SAGE 300 People payroll (Essential)
Intermediate – advance Excel experience
