SUMMARY:
Our clients based in Centurion frequently require temps for Reception desk and payroll for short term assignments. They are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure that payroll is processed in accordance with company policies, employee contracts, and relevant legislation
Maintain accurate records and employee data
Reconcile the payroll accounts to ensure all payments are correctly processed
Ensure that all tax and payroll records are ready for audit
Handle payroll information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric (Grade 12)
Relevant Diploma or Degree beneficial
Strong understanding of South African labour laws and tax regulations
Proficiency in payroll software
Attention to detail and accuracy
Available for short term assignments
