Skilled Payroll Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Resonsibilities :

Manage the Jarrison Time & Attendance system on a daily basis to ensure that employee''s attendance is accurately recorded.
Effective HR and payroll administration.
Accurately process payroll for more than 1,000 employees on a weekly basis.
Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
Ensure compliance with tax legislation, UIF, PAYE, and other statutory requirements.
Proficient in using the VIP System for efficient payroll processing.

Requirements :

Minimum Grade 12

Diploma or certification in Payroll Administration or a related field.

At least 3 years of payroll experience

Previous Experience within Automotive industry advantageous.

Ability to administer a Time & Attendance system (Jarrison experience advantageous).
