POSITION INFO:
Purpose of Position : Responsible for all aspects of designated Payroll Processing ensuring that all Associates are paid compliantly, accurately and on time; and ensuring that ‘Current’ Associate Payroll records are constantly maintained.

Minimum requirements:

1. Must have at least Grade 12, Matric or NQF4 equivalent qualification.
2. Must have clear criminal record.

• Minimum 5 years - Full Function Payroll Administration and Employee with Benefits experience
• Working Knowledge of BCOE, PAYE, UIF, SDL, WCA/IOD, Benefits and Bargaining Councils
• Advanced Level of Computer Literacy- VIP - People

• Full Function Payroll Processing and Record Keeping
• Compliance with Company Procedures, Policies & Legislation
• 3rd Party Reconciliations & Payments
• Meeting Deadlines
• Inter-Departmental Teamwork
• Responsible for 100% Payroll Processing Accuracy and Compliance.
• Ensure full understanding of Client SLA requirements and adherence to all applicable Legislative 

• Maintain a working knowledge of all Benefits or Bargaining Councils applicable to your Payroll responsibilities.
• Payroll Processing checking prior to finalization ensuring accuracy of Statutory and Benefit contributions and deductions.
• Manage Legal and Financial Risk through maintaining current Associate Status Payroll records.
• Weekly and Monthly Reporting
• Month End Analyses, Reconciliations and Payments
• Clear understanding of, and participation in, Inter-Departmental Processes
• Personal accountability for ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Build and support teamwork relationships with Operations, Clients and Payroll department thereby contributing towards quality service delivery.
