SUMMARY:
An established company is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their dynamic and skilled team in Johannesburg North.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description:
This role manages payroll administration, ensuring accurate employee records, salary calculations, and timely payments, while also supporting HR functions.

Payroll Processing: Manage monthly payroll for ±220 employees, including new hires, leave, and terminations. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and reconciliations.
Reporting & Compliance: Generate payroll reports, process tax submissions, and maintain records per POPI Act.
Employee Benefits: Administer Medical Aid, Provident Fund, and Group Life.
Time & Attendance: Monitor and resolve discrepancies.
HR Support: Assist with payslips, salary estimates, onboarding, and HR admin.
Ad Hoc Projects: Support HRIS payroll module and compliance initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
3 years' experience
Payroll qualification/ course is beneficial
Experience with employee benefit recons.
