Payroll Administrator (6 Month FTC)

SUMMARY:
Our client in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Payroll Administrator for a 6 month contract

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• 1- 2 Year's payroll experience
• Proficiency on Sage 300 & MS Office Suite essential
• Must be able to start immediately

• Assist with payroll documentation preparations & submit to third parties ( Liberty Life, MIBFA, Discovery, Gap cover)
• Work very closely with the Senior Payroll Administrator
• Correlate schedules & submit every month
• Assist with collection of weekly & monthly time sheets (manufacturing)
• Support the Payroll team with daily, weekly & monthly activities
• Obtain relevant information (input & update) from the stack holders for payroll processing
