PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR /EAST LONDON – Our client in the Automotive Industry is looking for an experience Payroll Administrator. The ideal Candidate must be pro-active, show initiative in all areas of payroll and other related aspects of payroll and pay meticulous attention to detail. Confidentiality is crucial for this role.
Requirements:
Grade 12/Matric
Valid Driver’s license
Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator
Highly proficient in computer skills including spreadsheets
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Duties include:
Salary input – 6 payrolls
Payslips / EFT’s
Monthly deadlines: Payrolls 18th – 28th; Prov./Med Aid/Garnishees/Spreadsheets 29th; SARS 7th; MIBCO Returns 10th
3rd Party Payments & Recons: Paye/SDL/UIF; Provident Fund; Moto HealthCare; Discovery; Garnishees; MIBCO online returns
Spreadsheets – updated monthly: Commissions; Staff lists
Spotters Payrolls – Quarterly
IRP5’s – annually
Leave Module: Reports and Checking – monthly
Training – Spreadsheets
Equity Module
Job Analysis Module
Auditors Reports: Directors Emoluments / YTD Reports / Leave (annually
Report Writing for all modules: Monthly and Annually
Employee contracts – Monthly
Stats Reports – Quarterly
UIF Forms – completion of UI19 documents & Maternity claims – monthly
MIBCO Provident Claims – Monthly
SAF Claims – Monthly
Board Meeting info – Quarterly
Medical Aid – Income bands – Annually
Medical Aid – Adult dependants - Annually
Provident Fund & Medical Aid – Correspondence and employee documentation - Monthly
Salary: Market related (depending on experience) + benefits
