Our client based in East London is currently looking to employ a Payroll Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Salary Input – 6 Payrolls
  • Pay slips / Eft’s

Monthly Deadlines:

  • Payrolls 18th - 28th
  • Prov / Med Aid / Garnishees / Spreadsheets 29th
  • Sars 7th
  • MIBCO Returns 10th

3rd Party Payments and Recons

  • PAYE / SDL / UIF.
  • Provident Fund.
  • Moto Health Care.
  • Discovery.
  • Garnishees.
  • MIBCO Online Returns.

Spreadsheets – Updated Monthly

  • Commissions.
  • Staff Lists.

Additional:

  • Spotters Payrolls – Quarterly.
  • IRP5’s – Annually.
  • Leave Module – Reports and Checking – Monthly.
  • Training (Spreadsheet for BH).
  • Equity Module.
  • Job Analysis Module – Capturing Tasks and Functions.
  • Auditors Reports – Directors Emoluments / YTD Reports / Leave (Annually).
  • Report Writing for All Modules – Monthly and Annually.
  • Employee Contracts – Monthly.
  • Stats Reports – Quarterly.
  • UIF Forms – Completion of UI19 Documents and Maternity Claims – Monthly.
  • MIBCO Provident Claims – Monthly.
  • SAF Claims- Monthly.
  • Board Meeting Info – Quarterly.
  • Med Aid – Income Bands – Annually.
  • Med Aid - Adult Dependents – Annually.
  • Provident Fund and Medical Aid – Correspondence and Employee Documentation – Monthly.
