POSITION INFO:
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently studying towards a Human Resources qualification
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR support role, handling at least 100 employees
• Computer literate – proficient in Word and Excel
• Previous experience with Visio, ERS Biometrics, and Afiswitch is advantageous
• Strong understanding of labour laws (BCEA, EEA, SDA, LRA)
• Excellent administration skills
• Strong coordination, recruitment, and training skills
• Effective conflict management skills

• Perform recruitment functions
• Coordinate and complete appointments for permanent, fixed-term, and casual employees
• Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees, covering HR practices
• Monitor and manage attendance reporting and shift schedules (ERS system)
• Capture and report on overtime and leave administration
• Administer payroll (new engagements, increases, movements, terminations, etc.)
• Track and control key task administration
• Capture macro information for payroll submission
• Administer documentation related to injuries on duty
• Record and track internal, cross-functional, external, and succession training
• Manage employee exit process
• Maintain payroll and employee record filing
