Minimum 5 years in the motor industry required with SAGE 300. Exciting opportunity for a great candidate!

POSITION INFO:

If numbers are your thing, then an exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate to join this large, established business in Rivonia, Sandton. Salary R25,000 - R40,000 per month.

First - do you have at least 5 years Payroll (SAGE 300) experience? Our client also insists on experience from the CAR (MOTOR VEHICLE) industry.

Other requirements:

Clocking system - ERS biometrics
WCA / RMA online knowledge

Your main functions - Ensuring accurate calculations of rate of pay changes. To ensure all relevant deductions are submitted and processed, such as 3rd party deductions, garnishee orders, maintenance orders. Processing of leave and sick leave. Checking of Branch posting sheets daily. Ensuring all pay related queries are dealt with promptly and feedback is given within 48 hours.

This opportunity would suit a team player that is highly motivated and enthusiastic, is alert and punctual with good interpersonal skills and have the ability to work under pressure. Strong administration and organisational skills, numerical accuracy and high methodical working methods are required, the ability to work without supervision and meet strict deadlines and finally your proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.

Our client needs at least a Matric Certificate with the above experience and your own, reliable transport.
