Payroll/HR Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience working on Sage payroll essential
ADVANCE EXCEL
MUST BE WILLING TO DO A POLOGRAPH TEST
The Candidate must have 5 to 8 experience
To provide and maintain a day to day payroll administration
To be the first point of contact for all payroll queries
To ensure that Payroll Department administration is kept up to date and accurate
To enable the smooth running of the department with the required information easily accessible
Responsible to coordinate and manage the entire payroll function in South Africa.
Preparing and collecting all payroll input data – daily, weekly & monthly.
HR duties such as new staff appointments, terminations, remuneration, conditions of service and other relevant matters.
Generate reports i.e. Provisional Annual or Sick leave days, Equity reporting.
Checking and auditing the payroll export sheets, generated, while ensuring continuous legislative & award compliance at all times.
