SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
Oversee payroll processing for approximately 400 employees across multiple sites
Manage and review time sheets from co-ordinators for accuracy and compliance with deadlines
Process payroll on a bi-monthly basis, adhering to tight timelines
Maintain and update employee files and ensure the confidentiality of payroll information
Handle queries related to employee compensation, benefits, and deductions
Liaise with team members to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
Participate in training to master internal payroll systems
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll
Experience in payroll administration
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficient in handling time sheet systems and managing tight payroll deadlines
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Qualification:
Diploma in HR or Finance
