Your Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate export customs and shipping documents.
• Keep export files organised and on track for the week.
• Provide outstanding customer service—always friendly, always helpful.
• Ensure shipments hit airline cut-offs and reach their destination on time.
• Coordinate with service providers to handle general, perishable, and DGR goods packaging.
• Manage collections, deliveries, and ensure smooth operations from start to finish.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Matric certificate or equivalent is a must.
• 5+ years of experience in perishable and general cargo or a similar role.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of the Air Freight Industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - teamwork makes the dream work!
• Ability to work under pressure while keeping things efficient and organised.
