POSITION INFO:

Role Description

This is a full-time Broker''s Assistant / Broker Assistant Administrator role located in Randburg. As a Broker Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, personal assistance and client handling. Your day-to-day tasks may include managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and assisting with general office tasks.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator / Financial Assistant
Insurance / Financial Services or similar industry knowledge is advantageous
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Reside in or near Randburg
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have own transportation
Reside near Randburg
