POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Tender submission and management experience (Advantageous)
Driver's License and own vehicle
Invoicing experience

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointments.
Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries.
Prepare and organise meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and logistics.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Assist with personal tasks such as errands and appointments.
Manage communications, including emails and phone calls.
Searching for and applying to tenders.
Invoicing
