Southgate Industrial Park. Growing FMCG company seeks experienced Personal Assistant / Office Co-ordinator  with at least 2-3 years experience in a similar industry.  Must be able to multi-task and handle a variety of duties in a busy environment.  Good Ms Word and Excel skills

POSITION INFO:
Personal Assistant to Manufacturing and Operations Department:

• Supports senior management in the manufacturing department
• Manages schedules, meetings, and communications
• Prepares reports and presentations
• Liaises between operations and other departments
• Handles confidential information
• Organizes travel arrangements
• Takes minutes in meetings
• Manages office supplies and equipment
• Assists with data entry and record-keeping
• May help coordinate production schedules
