Overview:
Our client in the petroleum sector is looking to employ a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to the Executive and Management team.
Minimum Requirements / Experience:
- Relevant training or qualification
- Advanced knowledge and experience of relevant Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of business principles
- Experience of fuel industry advantageous
- Proficiency in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and other Business English language skills
- Proven experience of compiling business correspondence and documents
- Proven experience in information sharing and communication to management
- Experience in the taking of accurate minutes of meetings
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- A valid driver's licence plus own vehicle

- Minutes of Meetings
- Arranging and managing travel bookings and meetings for Management
- Management of diary and calendar for MD and Executive
- Time Management and planning
- Deadlines met for all MD reports and spreadsheets daily and monthly
- Maintain a tidy office and behave in a professional manner
- Filing and General secretarial functions
