SUMMARY:
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Centurion
Remuneration: R25 000 - R35 000

Our client, in the food and beverage industry, is looking to employ a Personal Assistant to join their team in Centurion.

The Personal Assistant will be highly organized, proactive and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Executive, Operations Executive, and Development Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the executives' schedules, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
Travel Arrangements: Book and manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes during meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.
Finance and Reconciliation Support: Assist with financial tracking, reconciliations, and reporting as needed.
Presentation Preparation: Create and format professional presentations using PowerPoint.
Data Analysis: Utilize Excel for data management, reporting, and financial analysis where required.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in handling sensitive company information.

POSITION INFO:
Required qualification and working knowledge:

Minimum Grade 12
At least 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of finance and reconciliations.
