SUMMARY:
Our client, a manufacturing group focusing on sustainability, is recruiting a Personal Assistant to the CEO (Richards Bay) that is very well-spoken and is focused on detail.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
  • SAP.
  • Well-presented.
  • Very well-spoken.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Full Executive Personal Assistant function.
  • Preparations of agendas, documents, briefing papers, reports, compilation and distribution of management packs Extensive planning and organizing of electronic diary and scheduling of appointments, meetings, tasks, functions, events and team building.
  • Administrative management and support to the Operations department and day-to-day running of the office.
  • Creating purchase requisitions and follow-up for payment.
  • Exposure to the corporate affairs department.
  • Reservation of domestic and international travel arrangements and liaison with representatives of the travel industry on behalf of the company.
  • Preparation of electronic presentation documents, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Maintain a secure, efficient and accurate filing and document storage system.
  • Office equipment / stationery management.
  • Managing of Reward and recognition vouchers.
