Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a presentable and well spoken Personal Assistant for 3 Directors for a company within the FMCG / Retail industry based in the Centurion area.

Position overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Executive, Operations Executive, and Development Manager. This is a dynamic role requiring someone who can balance multiple responsibilities, communicate effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, excellent reconciliation and financial skills, as well as experience with diary management, travel bookings and meeting minutes.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
  At least 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
• Ability to deal with multiple Directors as a Personal Assistant 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of finance and reconciliations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Must live within 25km of Centurion
• Valid drivers license and own transport 

• Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the executives' schedules, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Travel Arrangements: Book and manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes during meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Finance and Reconciliation Support: Assist with financial tracking, reconciliations, and reporting as needed.
• Presentation Preparation: Create and format professional presentations using PowerPoint.
• Data Analysis: Utilize Excel for data management, reporting, and financial analysis where required.
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in handling sensitive company information.
