SUMMARY:
Personal Assistant to the CEO

An established Insurance Brokerage Company based in Durban North is seeking a highly experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO. This role requires a proactive and highly organised individual with a strong background in supporting C-suite executives. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role and the ability to manage both business and personal affairs efficiently.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Essential: Matric.
Valid Drivers License and vehicle.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant in a corporate environment, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
Proven experience in handling both business and personal affairs for a senior executive.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Essential: Must be willing to travel to Nottingham road 3 – 4 times monthly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, managing calendars, meetings, and correspondence.
Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Assist with personal and household management tasks as required.
Coordinate and manage key business and personal events.
Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Arrange and oversee business-related errands, appointments, and engagements.
Manage expense tracking, budgets, and financial reconciliations for the CEO.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
