SUMMARY:
Personal Lines Insurance Administrator - Pretoria East - Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Our Insurance Broker client is looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Administrator to join their offices based in Pretoria East.

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to personal lines insurance policies.
Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
Assist clients with policy inquiries and amendments.
Prepare and issue insurance documentation, including quotes and certificates.
Liaise with insurance companies to obtain quotes and policy information.
Maintain accurate records and update client information in the system.
Follow up on outstanding documentation and payments.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Support the insurance team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Matric
RE5 Qualification
Previous experience in insurance administration or a related role.
Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products (e.g., home, auto).
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant insurance certifications (preferred).

Salary: R15 000 - R19 000 CTC per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
