Job Opportunity: Videographer / Photographer
We are seeking a talented Videographer / Photographer to join our team and help strengthen and enhance our brand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and PR, this role will play a vital part in achieving our digital communication and marketing objectives, including building a community of luxury followers.
The successful candidate will create captivating video and photo content that authentically communicates our luxury proposition, covering events, activities, storytelling, and product imagery. This position equally focuses on videography and photography, requiring a blend of creativity and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content for social media, email communications, print publications, advertisements, events, and more.
- Manage photography and videography requests, including scheduling, organizing, and overseeing shoots.
- Storyboard concepts, film interviews, gather b-roll footage, and edit videos to meet marketing and communication standards.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Maintain a calendar for video and photo shoots.
- Organize and manage content in the company Dropbox account.
- Maintain and ensure proper functioning of photography and videography equipment.
- Handle administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in videography and digital photography, preferably in luxury brands, publications, or lifestyle industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe programs, including Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom, and After Effects.
- Expertise in operating mid- to high-level cameras, video equipment, microphones, and lighting.
- Passion for modern photography and videography styles, with a commitment to producing high-quality content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and personable, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
