SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Placement consultant based at the Pretoria office.
The focus of this role is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new placement leads specifically to boost the placement pipeline and figures of the business.
The mission of this role is to identify new placement partners, which will increase our placement rates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a call cycle to visit and engage with potential and current employment partners
Build up a placement pipeline within your responsible region
Research recruitment trends in your responsible region
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing placement partners

Desired Experience & Qualification

3 years of Recruitment and Placement experience with a B2B focus
Good interpersonal and networking skills
Strong verbal and written command of English language and proficiency in the following languages would be advantages;
- Sepedi, Sotho, Zulu, Ndebele, and Afrikaans
Hospitality experience would be advantageous.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
Drivers License
Own Vehicle
Ability to travel locally
