Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage planned maintenance schedules for all equipment, ensuring technical specifications and standards are met.
• Conduct root cause analyses, define remedial actions, and report on maintenance performance.
• Coordinate resources such as equipment, personnel, spares, and tools to optimise maintenance events.
• Continuously monitor trends in equipment failure and collaborate with engineering teams to improve performance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent with an appropriate Trade Certificate.
• 5+ years’ experience as an artisan and 3+ years in engineering maintenance planning.
• Advanced SAP Planned Maintenance and Maintenance Management Systems capability.
• Certification in Maintenance Management or Advanced Maintenance Planning.
• Strong safety leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of mining equipment and computerised maintenance management systems.
