SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for a Finance Coordinator for my client in the Automotive Industry, to support the financial management of the organization by assisting with budgeting, financial reporting, accounts management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

POSITION INFO:

AUTOMOTIVE/MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

Qualifications and Experience required:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus.
Accounting or Finance: At least 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
Financial Software: Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
Budgeting and Reporting: Knowledge of budgeting processes, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Audit Experience: Familiarity with audit processes and preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls.
Financial Reporting Tools e.g( Tableau, Power BI)

Scope and Range

Sites and Facilities: Responsible for financial management across all company locations or departments, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Financial Processes: Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and financial reconciliation
Financial Software and Systems: Managing and utilizing financial systems and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) to record and track financial data.
Outputs: Ensuring timely and accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and expense tracking.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies across all financial activities.
Internal Stakeholders: Collaborating with department heads, management, and other teams to provide financial insights, assist in budgeting, and support decision-making.
External Relationships: Communicating with external auditors,
vendors, and clients regarding financial matters and assisting with audit preparation.
Financial Analysis: Supporting financial forecasting, variance analysis, and identifying opportunities for cost control and efficiency improvements.
