SUMMARY:
Industrial Electrician with at least 5 years Post Trade Test experience in the Fast-paced, continuous operation, automated manufacturing environment.

POSITION INFO:

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of an N6 in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and/or Instrumentation Technology.
A Red Seal Electrical Trade Test.
A minimum of 5 years post trade test experience in a fast-paced automated continuous operation manufacturing environment such as FMCG, plastics manufacturing or Packaging.
Love for their trade and the assets they care for.

Maintenance needs to be the life force behind our plant and equipment’s’ specific physical existence with the aim of giving it renewal and sustainability, whether from wear and tear or damage.

We will measure our effectiveness using plant availability.

Foundational Concepts

Know and understand the plant and equipment design and technical specifications and standards.
Need to understand and manage the spare components/parts supply chain.
Measure and report.
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
Ensure that calibration of cement & trolley scales happens on a weekly basis.
