We are looking to recruit a Porter Driver who is responsible to provide the highest level of hospitality and guest experience and exceed guest exceptions by providing them with an outstanding first and last impression. As a Porter Driver, you will work in the Front Office department. You will ensure all guest luggage is offloaded and transferred to their respective rooms upon arrival, assist guests with luggage upon departure and be responsible for the safe parking of guest vehicles.
Requirements:
• Previous relevant upmarket luxury/5* hotel experience in a similar role would be advantageous
• Valid driver’s license is essential
• Minimum two years’ experience in driving position
• Hardworking and a team player
• Must be able to work shifts
• Previous experience in hotel industry
• Good communication skills
• Willing to help in various departments where need
• Friendly personality
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays (hospitality hours)
• Professional appearance
