POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking a fluent Angolan Portuguese-speaking candidate to provide customer service and support within a fast-paced business environment. The role focuses on handling inquiries, offering light coaching, and ensuring positive member experiences, with some administrative support for the team’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries promptly, delivering excellent customer service.
Support the division through light administrative tasks and member follow-ups.
Communicate updates and resources clearly to assist members in achieving their goals.
Ensure all interactions are positive, professional, and solutions-oriented.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12 or equivalent.
Relevant diploma or degree preferred.
Fluent in Angolan Portuguese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
2-3 years of experience in customer service, business development, or a related field.
