JOB DESCRIPTION:

Power Supervisor - Telcos

Global Telecom’s firm seeks dedicated indiv. Pivotal role related to Power Failure investigations and resolving Restoration of Commercial Power. Require Junior Field Supervisor for Contract position.

Key duties:

Practically investigate, determine and resolve power failures that impact customers power availability.
Work closely with Utility Suppliers, internal Business units and Vendors.
Coordinate policies and ensure best practices are followed and overseeing efficiency.
Find faults and report on power failures.
Coordinate with the Utility to resolve power failure issues.
Maintain Power Supplier Contacts and relationships.
Improve existing process.
Develop relationships with customers, contractors, vendors, etc
Other key duties to be discussed at interview stage.

Qualifications and Experience:

Wiremans Licence.
4 to 6 yrs exp with Electrical systems, within Telecos or related industries.
Good exp in Customer Service.
