JOB DESCRIPTION:

Power Supervisor - Telcos

Global Telecom’s firm seeks dedicated indiv. Pivotal role related to Power Failure investigations and resolving Restoration of Commercial Power. Require Junior Field Supervisor for Contract position.

Key duties:

  • Practically investigate, determine and resolve power failures that impact customers power availability.
  • Work closely with Utility Suppliers, internal Business units and Vendors.
  • Coordinate policies and ensure best practices are followed and overseeing efficiency.
  • Find faults and report on power failures.
  • Coordinate with the Utility to resolve power failure issues.
  • Maintain Power Supplier Contacts and relationships.
  • Improve existing process.
  • Develop relationships with customers, contractors, vendors, etc
  • Other key duties to be discussed at interview stage.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Wiremans Licence.
  • 4 to 6 yrs exp with Electrical systems, within Telecos or related industries.
  • Good exp in Customer Service.
