POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Experience in administrative support within a medical or healthcare setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage patient appointments, records, and inquiries
• Proficiency in handling basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
• Good understanding of customer service and patient care, ensuring a positive experience for all patients
• Ability to maintain and update patient information
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner
