About the Role

As a Pre-Approval Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients through the home loan qualification process, ensuring they meet bank requirements while providing them with exceptional service and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Assess client eligibility based on bank guidelines.

Analyze credit reports, income, expenses, and bank statements.

Follow up on outstanding information or documentation.

Compile and complete all necessary documents required by banks.

Conduct client interviews to gather essential financial details.

Provide regular updates and support to clients throughout the process.

Collaborate with Sales Consultants to streamline applications.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Home Loan Consultant (essential).

Experience in Web lead coordination (advantageous).

Matric (NQF 4) & Computer Literacy required.

Strong verbal & written communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
