SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Printer Technician to look after our client in Northam area 80km from Rustenburg. The candidate must be well versed in fixing printers and HP Printer Service Certification. This is a fixed term contract.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications Experience Required:
  • Matric
  • HP Printer Service Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience repairing and servicing MFP’s.
  • Papercut Experience
  • Own vehicle
Role Accountability:
  • Manage Toner stock
  • Service and repair onsite devices
  • Manage SLA and reports.
  • Manage client escalation to completion.
  • User training
  • Ensure that all devices are operational at all times
