Job Description:

Join our team as a Printing Assistant and play a key role in delivering top-quality printed closures that meet customer specifications and standards in Packaging Industry.

Location: Montague Gardens, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute local printing processes, ensuring quality and productivity.
• Maintain and operate printing machines efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product adherence to specifications.
• Ensure production targets and schedules are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Report and resolve non-conformances and equipment issues.
• Actively participate in audits and quality management activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, BRCGS, HACCP).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the role.
• Creativity and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Relationships:
Work closely with the warehouse, printing, procurement, quality, and sales teams.
